The project “SERVCHAIN – Development of innovative activities through Artificial Intelligence technologies aimed at the servitization of machinery and decision making in the supply chain”, corresponds to the cooperative implementation of an innovative activity of experimental development, the result of cooperation between:
– AEI, the Spanish Association of Exporting Manufacturers of Machinery for Construction, Public Works and Mining (hereinafter ANMOPYC);
– the Technological Institute of Aragon (hereinafter ITAINNOVA);
– the SME FRUMECAR SL (hereinafter FRUMECAR);
– the SME RIGUAL SA (hereinafter RIGUAL);
– the SME ENARCO SA (hereinafter ENARCO); and
– the large company DISTRIBUIDORA INTERNACIONAL CARMEN SA (hereinafter DICSA).
The main objective of this project is to develop innovative actions to increase machine servitization and improve decision making in the supply chain through Artificial Intelligence technologies. In particular it is planned to: analyze and identify Artificial Intelligence applications to service construction machinery and improve decision making in the supply chain; design and develop a methodology for the identification of Artificial Intelligence opportunities in decision making in the supply chain for construction machinery manufacturers.
The expected results of this project include the design and development of different technological demonstrators based on Artificial Intelligence technologies for predictive maintenance for concrete plants and industrial vehicles, for machinery supply planning and for demand forecasting.
