ICT MICRO-WORKSHOPS

Description

During 2010, the Department of Science, Technology and Technology (DST) The University of the Government of Aragon, through the ITA, has launched This project is part of the “ICT in SMEs” initiative of the II Master Plan for the Development of the Information Society in the Autonomous Community of Aragon.

What are they?

An ICT Micro-Workshop is a short and very practical dissemination session. focused on a specific ICT theme and tools, which will the value that these tools bring to small and medium-sized companies. companies and the self-employed.

Objectives

  • To disseminate the benefits of incorporating ICTs in the companies with a special emphasis on improving the efficiency of their business processes and commercial relationships through the increase of productivity.
  • Promote the incorporation of self-employed workers and micro-enterprises to the Information Society.
  • To propose ICT solutions that cover a high percentage of the needs of micro-SMEs and the self-employed at a reduced cost and with a short implementation period.

Micro-workshops

The ICT Micro-workshops revolve around ICT tools of productivity solutions ranging from open source, pay-as-you-go per service, cloud-based tools, Web 2.0, Social Networks, etc… In short, tools with low or zero cost and multiple functionalities.

In case of not have the appropriate equipment, we will lend it to you during the period of the session.

Where are they held?

You can register and attend any of the scheduled ICT Micro-workshops that will be held at the ITA facilities or you can request “on demand“, an ICT Micro-workshop that we make available to you, for this purpose. you will have to bring together a group of SMEs or self-employed with a common interest and we will do it in the place and on the dates that best suit your needs. needs.
