The project is the result of the collaboration between CAAR, ITAINNOVA and the SMEs Umec and Enganches Aragón, and aims to design and develop intelligent systems based on data for the improvement of operations and production planning processes in SMEs of the automotive value chain, facilitating the transition of these SMEs towards a green and digital production.
Thanks to this type of intelligent systems, SMEs will be able to make key decisions such as what and how much to manufacture, when to manufacture it and on which machines, improving process efficiency and reducing energy consumption, with the minimum cost and meeting the quality and delivery time requirements requested by customers.
