TRAZA 4.0

01.- NAME OF THE PROJECT

TRAZA 4.0 – Transformation in aeronautical manufacturing SMEs.

02.- SUMMARY

This project is the result of the cooperation between the AEI ASOCIACIÓN AERONÁUTICA ARAGONESA, hereinafter AERA, the Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón (hereinafter ITAINNOVA) and the entity Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón (hereinafter ITAINNOVA) and the entity Talleres Alot, S.L. (hereinafter ALOT) has as its main goal the deployment of a material traceability pilot project (raw material, semiprocessed product and final product) using radio technologies frequency (RFID) in an aeronautical SME (ALOT).

  • Date of execution: 10/9/2018 to 30/3/2019

04.- INFORMATION TECHNICAL INFORMATION ON THE PROJECT AND ITS OBJECTIVES

The This project is the result of the cooperation between AEI ASOCIACIÓN AERONÁUTICA ARAGONESA, hereinafter referred to as AERA, the Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón (hereinafter referred to as AERA), the Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón (hereinafter referred to as AERA) and hereinafter ITAINNOVA) and the entity Talleres Alot, S.L. (hereinafter ALOT) has The main objective is the deployment of a pilot project for the traceability of materials (raw material, semi-processed product and final product) by means of radio frequency technologies (RFID) in an SME of the aeronautical sector (ALOT).

This The objective has been defined after a preliminary analysis of the degree of digital transformation of Talleres Alot carried out following the methodology of the proposed by the Ministry of Industry, Economy and Competitiveness, and developed in the ACTIVA 4.0 program, in which the Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón played a leading role as a consultant. In addition, a more detailed technological diagnosis of Talleres Alot will be carried out at in order to, after identifying of the main opportunities and needs that the company has already realized. transformation towards Industry 4.0 offers them, deploy a complete roadmap for the digital transformation of the company .

The The set of activities described in this action report is based on the following also apply to the enablers indicated in Annex VII of the call, and in particular:

The The project is defined in three blocks or work packages:

1. Deployment of the Pilot Development Project Experimental: pilot implementation of a new tool for traceability of radiofrequency materials.

2. Impact assessment and deepening of the analysis of the Digital Transformation process in which Talleres is involved. Alot and detailed evaluation of specific technologies for process management and traceability of materials.

3. Broadcast

The analysis of the current situation of the aeronautical sector to be carried out within of this project, as well as the initial analysis of the level of transformation of this project and the Alot Workshops’ digital map (already available), will allow us to draw a roadmap towards the Connected Industry and identify all the innovation projects that will be developed in the coming years. and implementing them in future actions within other partner SMEs. of the AEI. One of the specific objectives of the project is, as part of the roadmap, to of actions, including defining potential technical reports for projects that could can be submitted in the short term to the CDTI as project proposals. of Research and Innovation.

The implementation of the pilot project for experimental development proposed in the project ensures the incorporation of the project results into the processes of the project and its availability by the customer. Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón for its extrapolation to other companies in traditional manufacturing sectors (public works machinery and construction, elevator, transformation of metallic materials …). For its strategic location in the product’s value chain (TIER 2), these improvements will have a clear impact on the product value chain. downstream (TIER 1 and OEMs) and upstream (TIER 2, TIER 3, TIER 4, TIER 5, TIER 6, TIER 7, TIER 8 and TIER 8). (raw material suppliers, machinery manufacturers) of the same. At In particular, the impact of the innovations incorporated into the horizontal integration of management systems (forecasting of the demand, production planning, process management).
