APPLIED RESEARCH GROUP IN INDUSTRIAL AND MULTIMEDIA SYSTEMS SIMEDIA is made up of researchers and technologists from the INSTITUTO TECNOLÓGICO DE ARAGÓN – ITAINNOVA that carry out their activity in the and experimental development in the field of applied research and experimental development in Industrial Systems and Multimedia Technologies. SIMEDIA has 28 effective members, 5 of whom are Ph.D. and Ph. the rest are university graduates. SIMEDIA’s research activity is structured in 4 lines: L1) Robust electrical and electronic systems (EMC) and high energy efficiency,L2) Intelligent actuators,L3) Robotics, andL4) Multimodal Human Machine Interaction (HMI). The SIMEDIA Group is directed by Dr. Fernando Arteche Gonzalez and Dr. Fernando Arteche Gonzalez. Each of the R&D lines is headed by a researcher who is responsible for coordinator. SIMEDIA (Ref. T84) receives funding under the call for proposals of grants for the research activity of the research groups of the research recognized by the Government of Aragon and its call for proposals. for the year 2016 co-financed with the Operational Program ERDF Aragón 2014-2020.
