The main objective of this project is to facilitate a framework for understanding and obtaining quantifiable results of the Quality of Experience (QoE) of certain generic services, including multimedia services and web applications for devices mobile, as well as fostering understanding to improve QoE, enable definitions of Service Level Agreements based on QoE, and integrate QoE into system support operations. The project QuEEN will set the path towards the design of Quality of Experience Services. which seeks to monitor and evaluate the QoE currently being offered to the and take into account the expectations of the users and the take corrective actions based on your needs. These actions are will be carried out depending on the service that is being offered and according to the your requirements and usability context
