04.- INFORMATION TECHNICAL INFORMATION ON THE PROJECT AND ITS OBJECTIVES

The main objectives of the project are:

Objective 1: Analyze the needs and industry requirements in relation to AR/VR technologies and Interfaces. Advanced man-machine (based on Artificial Intelligence) oriented towards commercial activities in relation to customers and suppliers

The first step to realize this platform is to know the needs of the sector in this area. In order to meet this all the agents involved must be taken into account, and that all of them are involved in can offer different approaches and points of view of the needs of the improvement of the commercial, marketing and customer communication processes, and suppliers.

Objective 2: To develop the AVRA prototype and a first VIRTUAL TOUR demonstrator in a company of the Industrial sector.

A prototype of the tool based on a new tool is proposed. in these AR/VR and Artificial Intelligence technologies and validate their use for improvement of business processes. The purpose of this demonstrator is to objective to demonstrate the benefits of the applied technology at the sectoral level evaluating some KPIs from an operational and economic point of view.

As an ideal setting for the realization of the The company FERSA will be able to provide content and services for the data to be able to take a virtual tour of its facilities.

Objective 3: Disseminate the project and its results to the rest of the companies in the industrial sector, through TECNARA.

Carry out project dissemination activities, of both the activities and the results achieved. The activities of The dissemination will be focused not only on the companies in the cluster, but also in a way that will be maximize the project’s impact on the sector at the national level.

Objective 4: Validate the operating plan with potential end customers

Thanks to the participation of FERSA we will be able to test whether the tool’s operating models proposed by the initially, and explained later in this report, are appropriate, both at the service/licensing model level and at the economic level.
