CAELIA: AI-based web-based tool

CAELIA is an artificial intelligence-based web tool that facilitates manufacturing processes such as thermoplastic injection molding, laser welding of metals, rubber extrusion or metal heat forming.

This tool optimizes the performance of manufacturing processes, predicting the best combination of process parameters to consistently achieve robust production of the highest quality at the best possible cost.

Thanks to CAELIA it is possible:

  • Reduce machine set-up times.
  • Improve production cycle time.
  • Improve the quality of the part.
  • Optimize energy consumption.
  • To know the influence between process parameters and part characteristics in a quantitative way.

All this in an instantaneous way and without the need to spend on machine tests, thus saving raw material and production hours availability. In addition, it is not necessary to run a single simulation or to have simulation programs installed.
