The European project KM2.0 has free training actions on Knowledge Management for SMEs.

In ITAINNOVA, during the months of November and December

During actions will be carried out during November and December free training courses for professionals interested in the Management of the Knowledge in all the countries that make up the Knowledge project management 2.0 for smes: Croatia, Germany, Poland and Spain. This is how announced after the last meeting of the working group, which was held at Croatia last week.

This is a project whose purpose is to to provide an effective framework for knowledge management in small and medium-sized companies. In particular, it will facilitate the infrastructure that will enable employees to create, distribute and knowledge sharing, based on the previous experience of the partners in the field of e-learning training, in virtual work teams, use of multimedia, Web 2.0 and social media in the learning process.

Improvement of the organization’s competitiveness

The main results of the European Knowledge management 2.0 project for smes are: a manual (Knowledge Management 2.0) in a first and a second one (Knowledge Management 2.0) in a second phase. second version, where the latter version will include and take into account the feedback from the piloting phase; and a Matrix with tools for the for knowledge management, which is called: Knowledge Management 2.0 MATRIX

With knowledge management to increase staff efficiency and improve the efficiency of the competitiveness of the organization.

The project is aimed at SMEs and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). their employees, i.e., Human Resources managers, Human Resources consultants, trainers, educational institutions, among others.

The partners of this project are: fundacja obserwatorium zarządzania and Nowoczesna Firma S.A. (Poland) MFG Innovation Agency for ICT and Media of the State of Baden-Württemberg (Germany) Fakultet organizacije i informatike sveučilište u zagrebu (Croatia) and Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón ITAINNOVA (Spain).
