Imascono develops Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality products for companies in the field of digital transformation and marketing. We want to inspire a new world where creativity is the engine of evolution.
Its objective is to facilitate people’s access to new technologies such as Augmented Reality, a tool with a wide development potential.
ITAINNOVA aims to develop complex software solutions for data processing, based on Artificial Intelligence and that generate knowledge in real time to solve Big Data business problems.
With this collaboration between companies we want to help in this new context, creating a new product that allows organizations to remain connected with users and their employees through a new virtual world, both in the training context and in the marketing of the organization. The objectives of the project are described below:
– Promote virtual communication that improves the user experience in the communication process with employees, customers and suppliers. Moreover, this communication will no longer have to be exclusively face-to-face, but can be carried out online through virtual web spaces.
– Advanced training that integrates dynamic learning-by-doing and enables new employees to be trained in-house
– Obtain more information about workers, customers and suppliers or other physical and virtual users by performing a profiling with artificial intelligence that allows us to register and know the users in a database. A good part of the collection of this data will be based on the interaction of users through an intelligent interactive chatbot that allows to solve doubts to the users within the virtual space.
