In the current context of crisis, structural change of the productivity and competitiveness, institutions, knowledge, the innovation, networks, and relationships between different actors are the most important key factors in the productive development of companies. It is It is essential to promote the empowerment of people in order to developing new products, doing different things in every area of the company, to innovate.
To this end, the Aragonese Institute of Employment of the Government of Aragon a through the Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón (ITA), a reference center for the in Innovation in Aragon, launches the Training Plan for the Employment 2013, the objective of which is to provide training support for the incorporation of new technologies or innovation in Aragonese companies, assuring the updating of the level of competence of the workers and the self-employed, and favoring stability and improvement of the employment and innovation.
The courses included in this training plan are co-financed by the European Social Fund.
