Health and Safety Committee

This is the joint and collegiate participation body intended for regular and periodic consultation on the organization’s actions regarding risk prevention. It is constituted on behalf of the organization by:

Social Action Committee

Social action is understood as the set of actions aimed at improving the social conditions of employees and supporting the coverage of contingencies and situations of ITA’s personnel, as well as the dedication of part of the human, technical or financial resources to development projects for the benefit of disadvantaged people outside the Institute. It is constituted on behalf of the organization by:

Equality Committee

The competencies of the Equality Commission are as follows:

  1. Identification of the priority measures, in light of the diagnosis, their scope of application, the material and human resources required for their implementation, as well as the persons or bodies responsible, including a schedule of actions.
  2. Promoting the implementation of the equality plan in ITA. These include raising awareness of equality throughout the organization.
  3. Definition of the measurement indicators and instruments for collecting information necessary for monitoring and evaluating the degree of compliance with the equality plan measures implemented.
  4. Follow-up of the measures included in the equality plan.
  5. Any other functions that may be attributed to it by the applicable regulations and collective bargaining agreement, or agreed by the committee itself, including the submission of the approved equality plan to the competent labor authority for the purposes of its registration, filing and publication.
