PRESENTATION AND OBJECTIVES:

RISE-SME aims to develop a model that helps companies to detect and anticipate disruptions in their supply chains. The main outcome of RISE-SME is the creation of a methodology for different industrial ecosystems, capable of identifying disruptions and technological opportunities for the adoption of advanced technologies in SMEs, in order to enable flexible, agile and resilient supply chains that can easily adapt.

In this project we work on the development and application of different technologies (data spaces, blockchain, artificial intelligence, IoT, digital twins) as a key tool to improve the resilience of supply chains in the face of disruptions. Through its implementation we seek to increase efficiency, visibility and transparency throughout the chain, favor collaboration between actors (suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers), diversify supply sources through a more agile identification of suppliers and, in addition, respond quickly to changes in demand thanks to the analysis and exploitation of data from multiple origins. All this helps to create more efficient, collaborative and risk-resilient supply chains.
