DEMOLTECH: Smart demolition and revalorization processes for the generation of circular raw materials in urban environments
The “DEMOLTECH” National R&D&I project presents a multidisciplinary, complementary and balanced consortium of large companies (FCC Construcción and BECSA), SMEs (INDUTEC) and technology centers (CETIM and ITA).
This project aims to solve the 4 technical barriers that have prevented the development of intelligent demolition and revalorization processes to generate circular raw materials in urban environments, through the knowledge and experience of the project’s partners in the sector and their scientific-technological and experimental development capabilities.
The overall objective of DEMOLTECH is to research for the development of an integral prototype for smart demolition, by investigating revalorization processes to generate circular raw materials in urban environments. in the different phases of the cycle of a deconstruction project.
The DEMOLTECH – CPP2023-010533 project is funded by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033/ FEDER, EU, where CPP2023-010533 is the reference that appears in the award resolution; MCIU the acronym of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, AEI the acronym of the State Research Agency; FEDER, EU the acronym of the European Regional Development Fund and 10.13039/501100011033 the DOI (Digital Object Identifier) of the Agency.
