The context in which this bot operates is that of a global solution in which the ability to monitor the telecommunications network is combined with a follow-up of their social networks allowing them to analyze the implications that a network or service quality failure has at the social network level and using the assistant to mitigate this effect through quick responses to the user on issues that affect their services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"is-style-lista-puntos-azules wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Crawler and crawler services<\/strong> Service that reads content from various desired sources, e.g. web pages, and extracts the information for processing.
