Design and evaluation of dynamic rules of\nchaotic buffer management for sequenced Just n Time processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>02.- SUMMARY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of the project is to\ndesign of a complex system of dynamic planning for the management of\nchaotic intermediate buffers in a sequenced just-in-time (JIT) process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>03.-\nGENERAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Description: call for proposals to support\ninnovative business clusters for 2018<\/li><li>File number: AEI-010500-2018-140<\/li><li>Date of grant: 12\/13\/2018<\/li><li>Date of execution: 15\/9\/2018 TO 31\/3\/2019<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>04.- INFORMATION\nTECHNICAL INFORMATION ON THE PROJECT AND ITS OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is part of the\nin accordance with the MINETUR&#8217;s Industria Conectada 4.0 (Connected Industry 4.0) initiative:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Line of\naction: Supporting the digital evolution of the industry<\/li><li>Strategic area: 6.\nSupport for the adoption of I4.0 in industry.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>8.\nProyectos Industria 4.0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, the focus of the\nproject is aligned with the Connected Industry 4.0 Conceptual Framework.\ndefined by the Ministry of Industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ita.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/figura-1_GestDinLog.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2203\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Figure 1: Conceptual framework of enablers for\ndigitalization (MINETUR)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project uses\ntechnologies framed in Industry 4.0 in production processes for\nto address the following challenges: &#8220;to make them more efficient and flexible, either by\nby optimizing the existing ones or changing them, and manage\nseries sizes and shorter turnaround times&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of the project is to\ndesign of a complex system of dynamic planning for the management of\nchaotic intermediate buffers in a sequenced just-in-time (JIT) process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, the following actions will be taken\nin the following aspects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Design of complex analytical models of\ndynamic planning for the management of chaotic product buffers\n(welded doors) and their subsequent sequenced supply by means of\nmobile robotics systems (Autonomous Guided Vehicles &#8211;
