{"id":26028,"date":"2014-05-19T10:21:58","date_gmt":"2014-05-19T08:21:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ita.es\/proyecto\/miele\/"},"modified":"2023-11-30T09:10:07","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T08:10:07","slug":"miele","status":"publish","type":"proyecto","link":"https:\/\/www.ita.es\/en\/project\/miele\/","title":{"rendered":"MIELE"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n    <div class=\"wp-block-columns is-style-columns-margen is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\r\n    <div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\r\n    \n<p>\n  The main objectives of the action is to design the architecture and to  \ndevelop a pre-deployment pilot interoperable ICT platform (the ?MIELE?  \nMiddleware?) able to interface ICT systems (i.e. single windows, port  \ncommunity systems) in Italy, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus and Germany (the  \nNational Vertical Pilots).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The MIELE Middleware is a demonstrator of a software tool enabling  \nexisting ICT systems to be interoperable. Directive 2010\/65 EU on  \nreporting formalities requires that in each Member State a single  \ninterface exists and that ICT systems in different Member States are  \ninteroperable as far as ship reporting formalities are concerned. The  \nNational Vertical Pilots are demonstrators of such national single  \ninterfaces whose interoperability among them is allowed through the  \nMIELE Middleware. The MIELE project will take into consideration the  \nrequirements of the Directive 2010\/65\/EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The Action, which is a study taking the form of a Pilot action, will include :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>mapping the needs of relevant stakeholders;<\/li><li>designing and developing the MIELE middleware;<\/li><li>adapting, upgrading and integrating existing ICT systems (national and international  \nsingle windows, port single windows, port communities, private  \noperators? ICT systems) in order to be interoperable with the MIELE  \nmiddleware;<\/li><li>achieving and demonstrating systems interoperability through the MIELE middleware;<\/li><li>designing the framework for the exploitation of the MIELE middleware  \nand the possible full deployment of its services after the completion of\n  this pilot action.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The Action is organized in two parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>PART A <\/strong>(activities 1 and 2) ? Verification of existing ICT systems and pre-implementation phase of the pilot by developing:<ul><li>a working concept for each of the National Vertical Pilots with a number of functionalities; or<\/li><li>detailed specifications and user needs for the MIELE Middleware.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>PART B<\/strong> (activities 3 and 4) ? Deployment of a  \nfull-scale, integrated and interoperable demonstrator (MIELE Middleware  \nDemonstrator) resulting from the integration of the 5 National Vertical  \nPilots with the MIELE Middleware according to the specifications of  \nAction PART A.
