In ITAINNOVA, during the months of November and December<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

During\n actions will be carried out during November and December \nfree training courses for professionals interested in the Management of the \nKnowledge in all the countries that make up the Knowledge project \nmanagement 2.0 for smes: Croatia, Germany, Poland and Spain. This is how\n announced after the last meeting of the working group, which was held at \nCroatia last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a project whose purpose is to \nto provide an effective framework for knowledge management in \nsmall and medium-sized companies. In particular, it will facilitate the \ninfrastructure that will enable employees to create, distribute and \nknowledge sharing, based on the previous experience of the partners in\n the field of e-learning training, in virtual work teams, \nuse of multimedia, Web 2.0 and social media in the learning process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Improvement of the organization’s competitiveness<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The\n main results of the European Knowledge management 2.0 project \nfor smes are: a manual (Knowledge Management 2.0) in a first and a second one (Knowledge Management 2.0) in a second phase. \nsecond version, where the latter version will include and take into account \nthe feedback from the piloting phase; and a Matrix with tools for the \nfor knowledge management, which is called: \nKnowledge Management 2.0 MATRIX<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n With knowledge management \nto increase staff efficiency and improve the efficiency of the \ncompetitiveness of the organization.<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is aimed at SMEs and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). \ntheir employees, i.e., Human Resources managers, Human Resources \nconsultants, trainers, educational institutions, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partners of this project are: fundacja obserwatorium zarz\u0105dzania and Nowoczesna Firma S.A. (Poland) MFG Innovation Agency for ICT and Media of the State of Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg (Germany) Fakultet organizacije i informatike sveu\u010dili\u0161te u zagrebu (Croatia) and Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Arag\u00f3n ITAINNOVA (Spain).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
