The project aims to design and \nimplement effective strategies to improve basic skills \nfor professionals and increase incentives for training\n adults by providing an attractive learning environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \nassociation prepares an e-book containing an analysis of the state of the art \nin the countries of the consortium and in general in the EU environment\n in relation to training opportunities, methodologies and \npractices aimed at professionals working in the sector \nsocial, with minors, immigration, etc..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, a modular training system is developed and \npresents a modular training system on the multifunctional online platform \nGVETS, which focuses on improving \nskills for a wide range of professionals. Built-in \nassessment tools provide the opportunity for both students \nand trainers to track progress.
