Its contents  \naddress the different challenges faced by the company when it comes to  \nincorporates innovation into daily practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  They identify where and how to act and when to apply the variety of existing methodologies, actions and tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n  What do they want?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To know the different phases that make up the innovation process.<\/li><li>Strengthen the innovation capacity of SMEs and increase their competitiveness.<\/li><li>Facilitating the implementation of innovation in Aragonese companies.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n  What do they consist of?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  In short courses with specific learning objectives and a  \neminently practical methodology that responds to two questions, <strong>how to specify innovative actions and activities or <\/strong> <strong>how to approach the different phases of the innovation process <\/strong>in the company, with the exposition of real cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n  To whom are they addressed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  To Managers, Heads of areas related to Innovation,  \nR&amp;D&amp;I Directors, Technicians and Innovation Managers. In short, to\n  anyone who is interested in improving their knowledge about  \nthis matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n  The Innovation Model<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  An Innovation Management Model (Cidem) has been adopted for  \nto provide an overview and a structural framework for the various  \ncontents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The model proposes that the origin of the innovation process lies in a need  \nmarket need with a new product in order to satisfy that need.\n  or process. VII PM.<\/li><li>Promotion of creativity and tools: TRIZ, Value Analysis.<\/li><li>Ecodesign and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).<\/li><li>FMEA for Product Development.<\/li><li>Management of Technological and Innovation Projects.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\t<em>The\n  Innovation Pills are part of the activities of  \nawareness of the business fabric to systematize innovation,  \nincluded in the Innovation Strategy in Aragon: INNOVARAG\u00dcN  \n2011-2012.
