The need of Spanish companies to be at the forefront of the \nEuropean companies, in a borderless market and in a market without borders. \ndominated by the filter of competitiveness, it forces them to adapt to \nthe requirements of the applicable Directives and Regulations. There is \namong SMEs in the industrial sector, there is currently a high level of \nuncertainty in ensuring the compliance of their products with\n such requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This degree of uncertainty is caused by \ndifferent aspects, such as: the lack of knowledge of the legislation of \nand human resources and the vision of the company, the lack of\n of security as a productive constraint. All these aspects are \nproducts that the SMEs manufacture or sell. \nThe improvement of safety is therefore an important aspect of the \nrelegated within the product development cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In view of this situation, the Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de \nArag\u00f3n, in collaboration with six technology centers nationwide, \nhas launched a Supraregional Innoempresa project, supported by \nthe Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, with the objective of creating\n a collaborative working environment with other technological centers that \nto make it easier for SMEs to assimilate the knowledge and \navailability of the necessary tools, in order to guarantee the \ncompliance of its products with the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Security Observatory project \nIndustrial collaborating technology centers at national level: AIMEN \n(Galicia), AIMME (Valencian Community), CIDEMCO (Basque Country), INVEMA (Valencia), CIDEMCO (Basque Country), INVEMA (Spain), AIMME (Spain), CIDEMCO (Spain). \n(Basque Country), ITA (Arag\u00f3n), ITCL (Castilla y Le\u00f3n) and LEIA (Basque Country).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The importance of creating a collaborative environment \n(Observatory of Industrial Safety) with other technological centers.\n at the national level involves joining the individual efforts that are being \nthe improvement of industrial safety on the part of \nthe different centers that are part of the project.
