By virtue of the same, the start of the\n project to open public data was ordered and on February 6, 2013 it was \nimplemented through the Portal <a href=\"http:\/\/opendata.aragon.es\">opendata.aragon.es.<\/a> \n\nThroughout this time, a lot of work has been done to \nachieve automation in the publication of information to \nensure that third parties can reuse it in the best way. Given the \nvolume of data that begins to exist, within the line of work of\n the automation in the management of the information, are beginning to \nhave a special relevance all those elements that help in the \nimprovement of the <strong>structuring of the information<\/strong> and in the<strong> standardization of the data<\/strong>\n contained in the databases. \n\nBased on this, within the General Directorate of Electronic Administration \nand Information Society, the idea of generating a \nset of technical and legal rules that allow to deepen in that \nstandardization and that lead to think about the creation of the <em>Interoperable Information Scheme of Aragon (E2IA).<\/em>\n The E2IA thus emerges as the framework in which open data and, in \ngeneral, the information of the Government of Aragon can begin to \nbe automated in a much deeper way. The E2IA has to count on\n a series of technical, organizational and legal elements that it is \nnecessary to develop. \n\nTherefore, the <em>Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Arag\u00f3n (ITAINNOVA)<\/em> has been entrusted with the task of <strong>identifying,\n studying and analyzing current research trends and \ntechnological development in relation to ontologies and dictionaries of \ndata interoperability, defining the ontology proposal, carrying out \nthe necessary tests to validate the ontology proposal and generating \nthe text and web versions of the ontology.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-entidades-nbsp-a-la-que-se-encomienda-la-realizacion-de-las-tareas\">Entities entrusted with the performance of tasks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.itainnova.es\">Aragon Institute of Technology (ITAINNOVA)<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-resultados-del-proyecto\">Project results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThe actions of ITAINNOVA in this project have focused on improving\n the interoperability of the information of the Government of Aragon. Activities have been \ncarried out to identify, study and analyze the \ncurrent research trends and technological development in \nrelated to ontologies and data interoperability dictionaries, \ndefine the ontology proposal, perform the necessary tests to \nvalidate the ontology proposal in the domain of the Government of Aragon and \ngenerate the text and web versions of the ontology. \n\nThroughout this time, a lot of work has been done to \nachieve automation in the publication of information to \nensure that third parties can reuse it in the best way.
