This feasibility study will be developed through a pilot demonstration \n(Living Lab) with the support of the Hospital San Juan de \nDios de Zaragoza, as well as with the Fundaci\u00f3n Ardid This is a more advanced and innovative \napproach focused on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>capture \nreal-time information not only from the patient but also from \nhealthcare personnel, equipment, mobile and static, and people\n present in the room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analyze information and provide \ndecision support systems for decisions by \nhealthcare personnel aimed at improving the patient experience and \ndelivering quality healthcare services to the greatest number of \npeople.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>automate processes to increase \nstaff efficiency and improve the productivity of resources and \nunique equipment, while offering \nhealthcare services and minimizing operating costs. Innovative Business Clusters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This\n project has received a grant under the \nprogram to support Innovative Business Groups (AEIs). This \nprogram to support the strengthening of innovation clusters is \ninserted in the European strategy to improve competitiveness for the \ninnovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThe clusters that can benefit from the program&#8217;s\n grants are those entities whose innovative potential and critical mass \nhave been recognized by the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness (MINECO) through their registration\n in the Register of Innovative Business Clusters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objetivos-del-proyecto\">Project objectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\n          <strong>Technical information on the project and its objectives:<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\n secondary objectives pursued are to identify which technologies \nallow to cover with a holistic approach the concept of smart \nroom before tackling any development project \ntechnology:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operational Vision: to know what are the \nmain needs of hospitals, bottlenecks, problems\n and inefficiencies that should be addressed and to which the \ntechnologies and the smart room concept should provide \nanswers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal overview: regulations and industry certifications related to the deployment of technology products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vision\n Technology: state of the art and maturity of the different key technologies \nas well as what other set of technologies (enablers) are \nnecessary for the deployment of the key technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vision \nof the Return on Investment: The returns of the deployment \nof these technologies will be analyzed in terms of indicators related to \ntime savings, increase in the quality of the services provided \nand\/or economic savings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disseminate the project and the results achieved.  <strong>The project includes the following five work packages:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PT1 &#8211; Definition of the baseline needs of hospitals in relation to the smart room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PT2\n &#8211; Documentation and review of the legal state of the art about the \ninformation, data and its treatment, as well as the implications on \nregarding product certifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WP3 &#8211; Documentation and status review of selected technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PT4 &#8211; Living Lab: Demonstration pilot and analysis of the technical and economic feasibility of the deployment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WP5 &#8211; Dissemination and project management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-entidades-participantes\">\n          <strong>Participating entities:<\/strong>\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arahealth (Coordinator)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ITAINNOVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ibernex Ingenier\u00eda S.L.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the project has the explicit support and active collaboration of the Hospital San Juan de Dios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-convocatoria-a-la-que-pertenece-el-proyecto\">\n          <strong>Call to which the project belongs<\/strong>\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-agrupaciones-empresariales-innovadoras\">Innovative Business Clusters<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>This\n project has received a grant under the \nprogram to support Innovative Business Groups (AEIs).
