{"id":25662,"date":"2014-05-19T10:45:14","date_gmt":"2014-05-19T08:45:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ita.es\/proyecto\/softaragon\/"},"modified":"2023-11-30T09:08:54","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T08:08:54","slug":"softaragon","status":"publish","type":"proyecto","link":"https:\/\/www.ita.es\/en\/project\/softaragon\/","title":{"rendered":"SOFTARAGON"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n    <div class=\"wp-block-columns is-style-columns-margen is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\r\n    <div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\r\n    \n<p>\n\t<strong>SoftArag\u00f3n<\/strong> is an initiative of the Department of  \nScience, Technology and University of the Government of Arag\u00f3n, through the\n  General Directorate of Technologies for the Information Society and,  \nin collaboration with the Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Arag\u00f3n, with the purpose of  \nimprove the quality of the software development processes in the  \nICT companies in Aragon, thus increasing the competitiveness of Aragon&#8217;s ICT companies.  \nof the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n  Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\t<strong>Duration<\/strong>: 2005 ? 2009 (5 years)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\t<strong>Key words<\/strong>: Process improvement, CMMI, IDEAL method, process modeling, metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The Aragonese companies in the ICT sector whose main activity is the  \nconsists of the development and maintenance of software products.  \nface the challenge of achieving greater competitiveness by improving the  \nquality of the software they develop, achieving a greater tolerance to the  \nchange and a reduction in the response time to the needs of the  \nmarket, and increasing their productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The objectives pursued by SoftArag\u00f3n are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Creating a culture of software quality in ICT companies.<\/li><li>Improving the quality of companies &#8211; not simply getting a seal &#8211; is a key factor in the quality of the company&#8217;s products and services.<\/li><li>Making companies more profitable by developing software in the most efficient way possible<\/li><li>Adapt the actions to the reality of the companies, company size, company resources, field of action,&#8230;<\/li><li>Making Aragonese companies more competitive<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\t<strong>SoftArag\u00f3n<\/strong> brings together a wide range of actions in the following areas  \ndifferent phases, starting with a first stage of dissemination, with seminars and  \nworkshops, to the design and implementation of improvement plans.  \nof the software development processes in the participating companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n  Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The SoftAragon program brings together a set of actions that support and  \nguide organizations on their journey towards process improvement  \nsoftware, grouped into:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Audit:<\/strong> Determine the maturity of the organization&#8217;s software processes through:<ul><li><em>Initial evaluations<\/em> to obtain a diagnosis  \nof the status of an organization&#8217;s processes, identifying the  \nstrengths and opportunities for improvement, in order to  \ndefine the recommendations for improvement and design the improvement program itself.  \nimprovement.<\/li><li><em>Intermediate evaluations<\/em> to assess progress  \nThe company&#8217;s improvement program is carried out in the middle of the improvement program, so that it is\n  have objective data to analyze the pace at which the company is  \nprogram implementation can be carried out and the program can be reconsidered.  \nthe objectives defined at the beginning of the project.<\/li><li><em>Final evaluations<\/em> evaluate the progress made by the  \ncompany at the end of the improvement program, so that it has data  \nobjectives to analyze that the defined objectives have been achieved.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Consultancy:<\/strong> Maintain the improvement program with the  \ntension necessary to ensure that progress is continuous throughout the year.  \nthe time, avoiding the risk that this program will be treated as a  \nas an internal project with lower priority within the organization.
