{"id":25655,"date":"2019-01-16T11:31:32","date_gmt":"2019-01-16T10:31:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ita.es\/proyecto\/4-0-technologies-for-internal-process-improvement\/"},"modified":"2025-03-21T14:12:58","modified_gmt":"2025-03-21T13:12:58","slug":"4-0-technologies-for-internal-process-improvement","status":"publish","type":"proyecto","link":"https:\/\/www.ita.es\/en\/project\/4-0-technologies-for-internal-process-improvement\/","title":{"rendered":"4.0 technologies for internal process improvement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-style-columns-margen is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nombre-del-proyecto\">\n          <strong>Project name<\/strong>\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>4.0 technologies for the improvement of internal processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-periodo-de-ejecucion\">\n          <strong>Execution period<\/strong>\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\n          <strong>October 2016 to March 2017.<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n          <strong>File number: AEI-010500-2017-143<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"50\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ita.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/AEI_jpg-1-300x50-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9094\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-proyecto\">\n          <strong>The project<\/strong>\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The project has been carried out \nbetween the AEI LOGISTIC CLUSTER OF ARAGON (ALIA), the companies EQUIMODAL and\n TRANSPORTES SES\u00c9 and the Technological Institute of Aragon (ITAINNOVA), \nhas as general objective the realization of an analysis of the \nfeasibility of the adoption and deployment of the technologies Industry \n4.0 to improve internal logistics processes and to carry out two \ndemonstrators of these technologies in two companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objetivos-del-proyecto\">Project objectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\n          <strong>Technical information on the project and its objectives:<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\n objective of this project is the realization of an analysis of the \nfeasibility of the adoption and deployment of I4.0 technologies in the \nenvironment to improve logistics processes for warehouses, distribution centers \nor supply to production processes. \n The objective is to \ndeepen in the enabling technologies and select two of them \nto make demonstrators that can validate both from the economic and operational \npoint of view the benefits they bring from the point of view of an SME and from the point of view of a large company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objetivos-fundamentales-del-proyecto-son\">The main objectives of the project are:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Know\n the key technologies of Industry 4.0 that will influence \npositively in the improvement of internal logistics processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze\n the needs of the sector in internal logistics processes from a \ntechnological + business + people approach in line with I4.0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform\n two demonstrators of two key technologies of the I4.0 for the \noptimization of internal processes approaching it from the point of view of\n an SME and from the point of view of a large company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disseminate the project and the results achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This project is divided into <strong>5 work packages<\/strong> with a duration of 6 months. The tasks linked to Project Management are executed throughout the life of the project, from <strong>October 2016 to March 2017<\/strong>. The work packages are listed below and the leaders of each are indicated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PT1: Project management (ALIA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WP2: Feasibility analysis of 4.0 technologies for the improvement of internal processes (ITAINNOVA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WP3: SME Process Improvement Demonstrator (EQUIMODAL)  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WP4: Drone-based inventory improvement demonstrator (SESE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WP5: Results Analysis and Dissemination (ALIA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n          <strong>Participating entities:<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ALIA (Coordinator)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ITAINNOVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SESE TRANSPORTS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EQUIMODAL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-convocatoria-a-la-que-pertenece-el-proyecto\">\n          <strong>Call to which the project belongs<\/strong>\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-agrupaciones-empresariales-innovadoras\">Innovative Business Clusters<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>This\n project has received a grant under the \nprogram to support Innovative Business Groups (AEIs).
