\n The MISS project is a Lifelong Learning Program<\/strong>.\n (formerly Leonardo da Vinci), and co-financed by the Social Fund. \nEuropean Union, the general objective of which is to facilitate the exchange, sharing and \ncooperation and mobility between education and training systems \nEuropean countries participating in the project, so that they can become a\n quality reference in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n This project works along the lines of the Transfer of Innovation,\n and is managed in Spain through the OAPEE (Organismo Aut\u00f3nomo de \nEuropean educational programs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\n The main objective is to improve the competitiveness and growth of the company. \nproductivity through the transfer of knowledge in the field of \nInnovation Management for the European business community, through \nof an innovative teaching and learning methodology and as a \nconsequence:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Fostering<\/strong> a culture of innovation\n in the countries that make up the partnership and to transfer the \nknowledge and experience among students.<\/li>
  • Providing<\/strong> the European business fabric with<\/strong> \nof a network of professionals with the knowledge, skills, and expertise to \nprofessional vision necessary to deal with innovation in your business. \nrespective countries.<\/li>
  • Stimulate<\/strong> the application of \nmethodologies, innovation techniques and specific tools for the \ninnovation management in the business environment.<\/li>
  • Develop<\/strong> tools for \ninnovative training based on new information and communication technologies \ncommunication and new learning methodologies.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    \n Knowledge Transfer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    \n Knowledge transfer has several aspects in this project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • on the one hand, a direct transfer<\/strong> between the project partners and between the professionals who will receive the training in innovation management will be addressed.<\/li>
    • On the other hand and during the on-line training<\/strong>,\n a collaborative transfer will be carried out from the \nexchange of experiences, knowledge and particular situations of\n each of the professionals during their trajectory from each of the \nparticipating countries.<\/li>
    • Finally, the indirect transfer<\/strong>, the knowledge will be transferred and implemented to the rest of the workers of each participating company.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      \n Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      \n Final results of the project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Development of a transfer action<\/strong>\n in a training context under a C-learning methodology and in an \nOpen Source and Open Source platform to facilitate the access to the\n without any type of license or cost for the student.<\/li>
      • New pedagogical methodology<\/strong> based on e-learning and collaborative learning.<\/li>
      • Compendium<\/strong> of Innovation Transfer.<\/li>
      • Dissemination and transfer of innovation<\/strong>\n in all professional, business and teaching environments, \nand public entities of the need to promote the development of the \ninnovation and the promotion of R&D+i as a strategy for competitiveness and\n development.<\/li>
      • Development of three didactic guides<\/strong> for work within the c-learning environment.<\/li>
