Within the priorities \nthematic priorities defined, in project is located in line C. HYBRIDIZATION\n OF THE PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL WORLD, specifically in Development and \nimplementation of ICT applications and solutions in the value chain of\n the company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objetivos-del-proyecto\">Project objectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\n          <strong>Technical information on the project and its objectives:<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n A detailed analysis of the impact and \ndegree of adoption of Industry 4.0 concepts in the sector of \nfreight transport, along the entire value chain, \ninvolving the global supply chain. Adaptation of a \ndiagnostic methodology for Industry 4.0 previously developed \nby the Technological Institute of Aragon to the field of \nfreight transport, and its application to two partner companies\n of ALIA: TAC Log\u00edstica and MARCOTRAN. Detection of opportunities for \nimprovement and barriers to the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies for the\n companies participating in the project, including the elaboration of a\n roadmap of business transformation projects towards \nIndustry 4.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objetivos-fundamentales-para-las-empresas-de-transporte\">Fundamental objectives for transport companies:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Optimize its production capacity and associated logistics management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improved service traceability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elimination of physical documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elimination of human error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promptness in the orders of the chain of command.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improved billing processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elimination of checks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the objectives described above, transportation companies will achieve the following secondary objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analysis\n and study of the technical and economic feasibility of the complete integration \nof all the information flow necessary for the perfect \ndevelopment of the transport service, configuring an innovative solution \nfor the management of communication and data processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability\n ontime of all information, accessible via web, either through \ncomputer, tablet or smartphone. Increased availability of information \nreadable. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competitive advantage by offering the customer a system \nown total tracking of your order. Offering these services to \ncustomers is a clear plus. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increased analytical capacity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environmentally friendly practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-proyecto-incluye-los-siguientes-cinco-paquetes-de-trabajo\">The project includes the following five work packages:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PT 1: Analysis and definition of current processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WP2: Economic feasibility study<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PT3: Study of order reception via WEB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WP4: Service traceability analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PT5: Supplier access study<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WP6: Digitization pilot tests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PT7: Coordination and communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\n          <strong>Participating entities:<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ALIA (Coordinator)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ITAINNOVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TAC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MARCOTRAN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-convocatoria-a-la-que-pertenece-el-proyecto\">\n          <strong>Call to which the project belongs<\/strong>\n        <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-agrupaciones-empresariales-innovadoras\">Innovative Business Clusters<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>This\n project has received a grant under the \nprogram to support Innovative Business Groups (AEIs).
