For the  \nspecial characteristics of elastomers whose behavior is non-toxic and non-toxic  \nlinear and dependent on the environmental conditions and variables with the  \nThere is currently no universal software or method to measure the time, either.\n  analysis and life prediction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each company develops its own  \nmodels and methodologies. Caucho Metal Productos II, S.L. (CMP), company  \nproject leader, is obliged to equip herself with a methodology and  \npredictive models based on the characteristics of their own  \nrubber formulations and their design and manufacturing processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>general objective<\/strong> of  \nthis project is the improvement of the durability of the elements  \nThe anti-vibration mounts incorporated in automobile suspension systems.\n  The specific objectives are as follows:\n\nDevelopment of methodologies for the experimental characterization of the  \nfatigue properties of elastomeric materials as well as the fatigue resistance properties of  \nof the durability characteristics at the component level.\nDevelopment and implementation of a methodology for the prediction of  \nresults-based durability of vibration-damping components  \nwith an accuracy equivalent to the ranges of variation of the experimental  \nof characteristics usually used in the automotive industry.\nApplication of advanced experimental techniques, based on the  \nin the digital image correlation method (Digital  \nImage Correlation-DIC) and DMTA, for accelerated execution and processing\n  of experimental results.\nAnalysis of the influence of the parameters involved in the design of  \nproduct and manufacturing process on the mechanical characteristics of the product.  \nproduct.\nIncorporate new design criteria into the knowledge of CMPs and ITAs.  \nproduct and process to obtain an increase in fatigue performances\n  of the elastic joints.
