(hereinafter ALOT) has as its main goal the\ndeployment of a material traceability pilot project (raw material,\nsemiprocessed product and final product) using radio technologies\nfrequency (RFID) in an aeronautical SME (ALOT).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n          <strong>03.- GENERAL DATA<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Description: call for proposals to support\ninnovative business clusters for 2018<\/li><li>File number: AEI-010500-2018-121<\/li><li>Date of grant: 12\/13\/2018<\/li><li>Date of execution: 10\/9\/2018 to 30\/3\/2019<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\n          <strong>04.- INFORMATION\nTECHNICAL INFORMATION ON THE PROJECT AND ITS OBJECTIVES<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nThis project is the result of the cooperation between AEI ASOCIACI\u00d3N AERON\u00c1UTICA\nARAGONESA, hereinafter referred to as AERA, the Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Arag\u00f3n (hereinafter referred to as AERA), the Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Arag\u00f3n (hereinafter referred to as AERA) and\nhereinafter ITAINNOVA) and the entity Talleres Alot, S.L. (hereinafter ALOT) has\nThe <strong>main objective is the deployment of a pilot project for the traceability\nof materials (raw material, semi-processed product and final product) by means of\nradio frequency technologies (RFID) in an SME of the aeronautical sector\n(ALOT)<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This\nThe objective has been defined after a preliminary analysis of the degree of\ndigital transformation of Talleres Alot carried out following the methodology of the\nproposed by the Ministry of Industry, Economy and Competitiveness, and\ndeveloped in the ACTIVA 4.0 program, in which the Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de\nArag\u00f3n played a leading role as a consultant. In addition, a <strong>more detailed technological diagnosis of Talleres Alot <\/strong>will be carried out <strong>at\n<\/strong>in order to, after identifying\nof the main opportunities and needs that the company has already realized.\ntransformation towards Industry 4.0 offers them<strong>, deploy a complete roadmap\nfor the digital transformation of the company <\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nThe set of activities described in this action report is based on the following\nalso apply to the enablers indicated in Annex VII of the\ncall, and in particular:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\nAplicaciones de gesti\u00f3n intraempresa\/interempresa en la industria\nmanufacturera: soluciones de negocio y de inteligencia y plataformas\ncolaborativas. Dicha integraci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 tenida en cuenta mediante el\ndesarrollo de un software b\u00e1sico que permita realizar lecturas y\nactualizaciones de la base de datos a trav\u00e9s de servicios WEB y que formar\u00e1\nparte indisoluble del piloto desarrollado.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\nProcesos de fabricaci\u00f3n: sensores\/sistemas embebidos y trazabilidad por\nradiofrecuencia. Como resultado del an\u00e1lisis previo realizado, se plantea que\nel proyecto piloto de desarrollo experimental permita desplegar demostradores\ntecnol\u00f3gicos orientados al concepto de &#8220;mass customization&#8221;, que\npermite tratar series cortas con niveles de eficiencia de producci\u00f3n en masa.\nPara ello, se prev\u00e9 utilizar tags RFID y tecnolog\u00edas generales de comunicaci\u00f3n\nentre sistemas ciberf\u00edsicos, a trav\u00e9s de redes de sensores  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nThe project is defined in three blocks or work packages:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n          <strong>1. Deployment of the Pilot Development Project\nExperimental: pilot implementation of a new tool for traceability of\nradiofrequency materials.  <\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n          <strong>2. Impact assessment and deepening of the\nanalysis of the Digital Transformation process in which Talleres is involved.\nAlot and detailed evaluation of specific technologies for process management and\ntraceability of materials.  <\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n          <strong>3.\nBroadcast  <\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nanalysis of the current situation of the aeronautical sector to be carried out within\nof this project, as well as the initial analysis of the level of transformation of this project and the\nAlot Workshops&#8217; digital map (already available), will allow us to draw a roadmap towards the\nConnected Industry and identify all the innovation projects that will be developed in the coming years.\nand implementing them in future actions within other partner SMEs.\nof the AEI.
