Framework of activities related to the use of Mediterranean open resources for socially responsible business innovation.  <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ita.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/LOGO_COLOUR_RESILIENT.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1747\" width=\"252\" height=\"113\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General project data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Description:<\/strong> Interreg MED<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reference number: <\/strong>3303<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Internal reference number:<\/strong> 4MED17_1.1.1_M123_062<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dates of execution:<\/strong> 01\/02\/2018 &#8211; 31\/01\/2022<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Presentation and objectives<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\n+\n RESILIENT brings together a 4-helix consortium of 8 MED countries to address \nthe need for innovation leading to increased competitiveness \nsocially responsible SMEs and stimulate new jobs, especially for companies operating in the social economy \n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its objective is to promote a process of policy change at\n regional level in the areas involved, resulting in the \nintegration of successful elements in the new cohesion policy \n(EU2020+).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The overall objective is to positively influence, adapt\n \/ change the different structural elements of the policy that \ngoverns &#8220;clusters with high social vocation and responsiveness&#8221; \n(SVRC) by leveraging technology-led innovation dynamics, \nopen data and successful models with social relevance and impact, \ncreating socially responsive value chains at a transnational level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\n SVRCs are usually coded only at the local level, so the \nproject addresses the transnational dimension as a \nnetworking and capacity building approach to achieve critical mass, increase \nhorizontal opportunities for SMEs, mobility, \nemployability and expand cohesion policy and funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is \nan integrated project that establishes a structural approach for the \nimprovement of policies and practices of emerging dynamics at \nsocial innovation through a global process based on the interlinked use \nof open data and the creation of a socially sensitive transnational \nvalue chain.
