\n The Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Arag\u00f3n (ITA), which is part of the Aragon Department of Technology \nof Industry and Innovation of the Government of Aragon, represents Spain, \nas a research center, in the WindTurBars consortium, which is \nThe group is made up of 9 partners from 5 different countries (UK, France, \nTurkey, Croatia and Spain) and whose objective is to “anticipate the \npossible failures of wind farms?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n This project, oriented towards SMEs, is financed by 7\n European Union (EU) Framework Program, is holding today, March 14th, a \nmeeting at ITA’s facilities in Zaragoza, in what will be the first meeting of the year. \nfirst meeting in Spain of the heads of the working groups of the \ncountries mentioned. ITA engineers Mateo Iglesias, David Cipr\u00e9s and\n Fernando Arteche will present their advances on the processing of \nelectrical failures through predictive maintenance, the application \nof intelligent algorithms and system validation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
