The objective is to offer companies a set of tools and our support for the definition of a roadmap towards the model of a digitized, efficient and sustainable company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>In recent years, a series of disruptive digital technologies have emerged with a great transformative capacity: Big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, blockchain, digital twin or data analytics that can help companies to increase their competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n<p>The objective is to first identify opportunities for improvement based on an initial diagnosis in which the company&#8217;s practices are reviewed in relation to the principles of digitization and circularity such as:  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-style-columns-margen is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-2 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"is-style-lista-puntos-azules wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aspects of <strong>reliability, robustness and maturity of the technology<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Initial cost and benefits<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data and worker <strong>safety <\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maintenance and evolutions<\/strong>. Technology &#8216;absorption&#8217; capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Standardization <\/strong>and <strong>integration <\/strong>possibilities with other systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of renewable resources, no waste, minimum impact and maximum efficiency &#8211; materials and energy.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dematerialization &#8211; reducing the quantity and variety of materials  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of regenerative, minimal impact, abundant, pure, healthy and safe materials for people and the environment.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extending service life  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The consultancy starts with an <strong>initial diagnosis<\/strong> in which the company&#8217;s situation is analyzed in relation to a series of <strong>dimensions <\/strong>that are considered key in the path towards Industry 4.0. First, we analyze the extent to which the company&#8217;s <strong>strategic vision<\/strong> and <strong>business model<\/strong> considers <strong>digital <\/strong>as a fundamental element. On the other hand, <strong>technological infrastructures<\/strong>, <strong>personnel skills <\/strong>and <strong>orientation towards innovation<\/strong> in the company around <strong>digital and sustainability technologies<\/strong> are valued. On this basis, we go into detail about the company&#8217;s <strong>operational processes<\/strong>, <strong>products <\/strong>and <strong>customer relationships<\/strong>, identifying aspects where digital technologies can help to gain <strong>efficiency <\/strong>and <strong>value<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following this initial diagnosis, opportunities for technology deployment are proposed to help <strong>mitigate the gaps or shortcomings detected<\/strong>. These opportunities are defined on the basis of the<strong> experience of the ITA technicians<\/strong> involved in the study and of sectoral references or those of other companies that may be applicable to the particular case under study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, we work with the company in the prioritization of the  <strong>identified opportunities<\/strong>  different aspects are evaluated for each one of them, such as  <strong>investment  <\/strong>necessary, the  <strong>impact  <\/strong>on the company&#8217;s priority objectives and the extent to which the company has
