Materials recycling and recovery laboratory<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The Materials Recycling and Valorization Laboratory <\/strong>analyzes the processes of transforming end-of-life products, waste or by-products into valuable products. In this laboratory we focus on researching and developing innovative solutions to minimize waste and maximize material recovery. We have facilities for mechanical recycling, physical recycling, chemical and biological recycling of plastics. We have the necessary equipment for the treatment of the initial materials (shredder, sieving, washing) to obtain recycled samples, as well as a bioreactor with auxiliary equipment to obtain bioproducts from by-products or waste by means of biochemical reactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
